Individual Therapy
Our compassionate psychologists are experienced in providing a diverse range of therapeutic strategies, including cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and other evidence-based interventions. Our focus is on delivering personalised care in a respectful and supportive environment, helping you cultivate resilience and foster a stronger sense of well-being.
We are a registered NDIS Provider, able to provide services to NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants, however are not registered to deliver NDIA-managed therapeutic supports to children under 7 at this time.
We also provide individual therapy at no cost for participants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds experiencing severe and complex mental health, funded by the Brisbane South Primary Health Network. For more information and eligibility criteria please click here.
Group Therapy
Fortify Health Group offers group support in both our Mount Gravatt and Springwood office locations. These groups are run by our psychologists or counsellors in a group size of up to four per practitioner.
We offer an array of group therapy services designed to meet diverse needs and therapeutic goals. These sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where participants can share experiences, learn new skills, and gain insights from others facing similar challenges.
We understand that everyone’s journey is unique, which is why we invite you to enquire about any particular type of group or specific skills or tools you wish to acquire. While we can’t guarantee the creation of every suggested group, we genuinely care about understanding your needs and considering whether we can offer a group that fits your needs. Our ultimate goal is to ensure we provide beneficial, relevant, and accessible therapeutic services for all.
Diagnosis and Assessment
We offer a range of psychological assessments that strive to provide individuals with a clear picture of the functional impact of their mental health condition or disability. This knowledge can help guide treatment plans and support individuals in accessing the resources and accommodations they may need to thrive.
