Multicultural Mental Health

Fortify Health Group offers a number of free mental health services for those who are living with a severe and complex mental health condition, are from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and are aged 16 years to 65 years. These supports include individual and group therapeutic sessions as well as case coordination. We are funded by Brisbane South Primary Health Network along with Queensland Health to deliver supports within the Logan and Princess Alexandra Hospital regions. Fortify Health Group works in partnership with Settlement Services International Group in the delivery of these services.
