NDIS –Therapeutic Supports
Fortify Health Group offers a range of therapeutic supports, including:
Psychology, including individual therapy and assessment,
Counselling,
Group support/therapy delivered by a Psychologist, Counsellor or Social Worker,
Occupational Therapy,
Physiotherapy,
Social Work.
All therapeutic supports are provided by experienced, caring and qualified practitioners, with support from interpreters for participants where English is not their first language.
We have Allied Health practitioners available across Brisbane South, Logan, Gold Coast and the Redlands area, and provide services from our offices at Springwood and Mount Gravatt, as well as outreach in your home or the community.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy services are provided in the community by Fortify Health Group for those aged 7 years of age and above. Our skilled physiotherapists will devise a tailored program to suit your individual needs, personal goals and work together with you to achieve them. Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy services are provided in the community by Fortify Health Group for those aged 7 years of age and above. Our skilled occupational therapists can complete a range of assessments, including functional capacity assessments, sensory processing profiles and assessment of home modifcation needs. Individual Therapy or Assessments with a Psychologist
Individual therapy with a psychologist at the Fortify Health Group can occur in one of our offices or in the community, whichever you prefer. Our psychologists can also complete cognitive assessments and functional capacity assessments where needed. Find out more about psychology here.
Counselling
Individual counselling with a qualified counsellor at Fortify Health Group can assist with facilitating self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth, and the optimal development of personal resources on a one-to-one basis. Our counsellors can assist you to work toward your personal goals.
Social Work
Our experienced social workers are able to provide therapeutic support to support NDIS participants to live fulfilling lives and implement strategies to manage day to day living. Our social workers are based across Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast, working in both our Mount Gravatt and Springwood offices, as well as in the community.
Group Therapy
Fortify Health Group offers group support in both Mount Gravatt and Springwood office locations. These groups are run by our psychologists, counsellors or social workers in a group size of up to four per practitioner.
