Fortify has a skilled workforce available to support people with complex medical and/or psychosocial needs across Logan and the Northern Gold Coast, including capacity for 1:1 and 2:1 support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The people and skills to deliver
- Highly skilled Enrolled Nurses (ENs).
• Experienced Disability Support Workers (DSWs) with up-to-date training.
• Capacity for high intensity supports, matched to each person’s care requirements.
• A focus on safety, consistent care and continuity during provider transitions.
