We offer psychosocial recovery coaching through your NDIS plan. Our Recovery Coaches help you find services to meet your goals, build your understanding of your plan, and support you with reviews.

Our focus is on delivering personalised care in a respectful and supportive environment, helping you cultivate resilience and foster a stronger sense of well-being.
Our experienced physiotherapists can assist with managing a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, improving or maintaining mobility, and neurological conditions.
Fortify Health Group’s experienced and compassionate counsellors can help you to work through challenges in your life.
Our social workers provide comprehensive support to improve your personal and social well-being. We assist with navigating the NDIS system, connecting you with community resources, and helping you build networks of support.
Fortify Health Care Services are able to provide a range of clinical nursing assessments, including continence and CHAPS assessments.
NDIS Care Supports offers personalised in-home and community services, including high-intensity care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), personal care, daily living assistance, skills development, mental health support, and positive behaviour strategies. These services are designed to enhance independence, well-being, and quality of life.
