We prioritise personal well-being by providing compassionate and individualised personal care. Our dedicated caregivers assist with a range of personal hygiene and grooming activities.
Specialised care for individuals with complex health needs, including medication management, wound care, complex medical equipment use, like PEG or stoma care, and continence support.
Our nurses provide a range of nurse-led daily living supports for NDIS and NISSQ participants at home or in the community, promoting health, independence, and well-being.
We provide support to ensure individuals can participate in activities that align with personal goals and interests, including timely transportation to appointments and events.
Fortify Health Care Services are able to provide a range of clinical nursing assessments, including continence and CHAPS assessments.

At Fortify Health Kids, we provide flexible service locations tailored to your child’s needs. Our therapy space in Springwood offers a safe and engaging place away from distractions.
We also offer in-home services, allowing therapy to take place in your child’s familiar surroundings, making it easier to incorporate new skills into daily life. Additionally, with school approval, we provide therapy at schools to minimise disruption and support your child’s success, and we can work in community settings based on your child’s unique requirements.
Our exciting Fortify Health Kids space at Springwood includes two occupational therapy gyms, and a kid-friendly therapy environment, right down the road from our main office. Our practitioners can provide therapy away from external distracting environments and provide a safe and fun place to engage.
Our practitioners work with your child in their home environment, providing therapy and skill building that is easily transferable into everyday living.
Where schools permit, our practitioners are able to provide therapy in your child’s school environment to minimise disruption to their day and help them to build skills to thrive at school. We can also provide supports in other community locations, depending on need; chat with us about the location that is right for your child.
