Fortify Health Foundation is the charity arm of Fortify Health Group. The foundation exists to provide support to our clients through enabling referral pathways to community resources like emergency relief or GivIt.
It also supports clients who are ineligible for other Fortify Health programs or who are facing financial hardship to access services that otherwise may have been out of reach.
